Andrew Tapp is a member of the Florida Bar Association and can appear in court on behalf of clients in Florida. Such courts include any and all State of Florida County, Circuit and District Courts, in addition to the Florida Supreme Court. For USDA SNAP appeal purposes, if your store is located within the State of Florida, he can most likely represent you through the entire process from initial charging letter and through the Judicial Appeal.

Mr. Tapp focused his law school studies in the areas of business and commercial litigation. He began practicing USDA regulatory law in 2013 after an exhaustive search, when he found no other attorneys in the United States that had significant experience in that area. His personal mission has been to protect the rights of small and medium businesses. Since then, Andrew has represented and been involved in hundreds of USDA SNAP enforcement actions. He regularly assists other attorneys and accounting professionals across the nation, proudly representing clients in 49 states and two U.S. territories.
